Equipment Technical Description
1. Heating method:Steam heating, electric heating, electric steam heating, steam indirect heating, thermal oil heating
2. The door opening method :Manual quick way to open the door, only one person can complete all the steps easily. Normal switch the door when power outage.
3. Sealing method:Autoclave flange inflatable silicone seal, work through the compressed air inflated seal automatically, the autoclave air pressure exerts the seal from the autoclave, as long as there is pressure in the autoclave, the door will not leak out the air. And the greater the pressure the better the seal.

6. Pressure control mode:
(1). through the pressure sensor to collect the pressure data transmission to the control box, set the pressure program, the vulcanization tank pressure through the automatic valve (pneumatic angle seat valve) automatic control. Below the set pressure automatically fill pressure, higher than the set pressure automatically pressure relief, so that the tank pressure is always maintained in the preset range.
2). Pressure control design bypass manual valve set for easy manual operation.
(3). Pressure values show easily and intuitively. Another set of disc pressure gauge for easy observation of the operator.
(4). It design two sets of flange open safety valve in the tank body, the safety valve automatically open when achieve the design pressure.
5). Design ultra-high pressure automatic alarm, it is safe and free from worry.
7. Time control mode:
Set the working procedures, heating, heat preservation, curing time and other automatic control, can be designed multiple sets of procedures and heating section. Vulcanization constant temperature time automatic control, digital display (range 1 minute – 999 minutes).

1. Mainly used for rubber products, hoses, rubber roller and other vulcanization
2. Rubber vulcanizing autoclave is widely cured with rubber products for mechanical properties such as: new tire curing, tire refurbishment, hose, roller, cable, pipe vulcanization
3. Capsules, rubber sheet, rubber gloves, rubber shoes, tape, lined rubber, rubber cloth, rubber and other products vulcanization.
4. Rubber vulcanizing autoclave is also widely used for wood degreasing, hydrolysis, wood dipping, wood shaping, oxidizing, autoclaving, wood cooking, wood impregnation and wood drying, etc.
